Our first recipe is for a classic dish that is sure to please everyone: spaghetti and meatballs. To make our spaghetti and meatballs, you will need:

-1 pound ground beef

-1/2 cup bread crumbs

-1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

-1 egg

1 tablespoon parsley

one tablespoon minced onion

-1 clove garlic, minced

-Salt and pepper

For the sauce, you will need the following:

-1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes

-1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste

-1/2 cup water

-1/2 onion, chopped

-3 cloves garlic, minced

-1 teaspoon sugar

To make the meatballs, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Shape into 1-inch balls. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the meatballs in batches over medium-high heat.

To make the sauce, add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, water, onion, garlic, sugar, basil, and salt to the pot. Bring to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes. Add the meatballs to the sauce and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Serve the spaghetti and meatballs over cooked spaghetti noodles. Enjoy!

EKitchen Recipes: 5 Delicious and Nutritious Recipes to Try This Week

Hey there, foodies! Welcome back to my blog. Today, I’ll be sharing with you five delicious and nutritious recipes that you can try this week. I’m a firm believer that eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring, and these recipes are proof of that. From a hearty quinoa bowl to a light and refreshing salad, there’s something for everyone. So without further ado, let’s get into it!

First up, we have a yummy quinoa bowl with roasted veggies. This dish is packed with protein and fiber and is super easy to make. Simply roast some veggies (I like to use sweet potatoes, carrots, and Brussels sprouts) and cook the quinoa according to the package directions. Once everything is cooked, just add it all to a bowl and top it with your favorite sauce or dressing. I like to use a tahini-based sauce, but you can use whatever you like.

Next, we have a delicious and healthy salmon dish. This recipe is perfect for those nights when you want something hearty but doesn’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. Simply season a salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and favorite herbs or spices. While the salmon is baking, make a quick sauce by mixing together some olive oil, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Once the salmon is cooked, just top it with the sauce and enjoy!

If you’re in the mood for something lighter, this next recipe is for you. This watermelon and feta salad is the perfect summer dish. It’s refreshing, flavorful, and only takes a few minutes to make. Simply combine some cubed watermelon, crumbled feta, and chopped mint in a bowl. Then, drizzle with a simple balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing. That’s it!

Next up, we have a healthy and flavorful chicken dish. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner because it’s quick and easy to make. Simply season some boneless, skinless chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs or spices.
